"THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!!!! I don’t normally make google reviews I think this is my first one ever I’m just so upset!!!! everyone I have spoken with in this office is great except for Mike. He quoted me about 6 months ago and told me my insuranc would probably go down after carrying insurance for 6 months. I called today and pretty much got told I was a liar and he never said that. Said I would need to go somewhere else if I wanted a cheaper quote. I asked if there was anyone else I could speak with he told me no. At the end of the conversation he hung up on me!!! There was no yelling no cussing nothing disrespectful at all said other than I wanted to speak with someone else and escalate the situation because I was lied to then HE HUNG UP ON ME!!! I’m so furious!!!! He’s an insurance agent!!! You don’t treat your customers that way!!!!"
